Frequently asked questions
Once your order is placed, the shipping label is generated the next business day (excluding weekends and holidays). The package is then handed to Canada Post for shipping. You can expect updated tracking activity shortly after the carrier scans the package at their first facility.
After we generate a tracking number, it usually takes 5–8 hours for it to become active on the Canada Post website — this happens once the package physically reaches a Canada Post facility and is scanned in. If your tracking link still shows nothing after that window, please contact us.
