Cellphones, tablets, laptops, and appliances purchased from our store are eligible for return or exchange within 30 days from the date of purchase.
All returned or exchanged items must be in their original condition, unused, and accompanied by the original packaging, accessories, and proof of purchase.
Products that are damaged, altered, or without the original packaging may not be eligible for return or exchange.
Consumable items, software, or products with software activated are non-returnable unless there is a manufacturer’s defect.
If you change your mind and would like to return an item, the product must be unopened and unused, in its original condition, and with all original packaging and accessories. If opened, refer to bullet 1.3.2.
If the product has been opened but is still in unused condition, a depreciation fee of up to 15% will be deducted from the refund value.
If you change your mind and wish to return the item, you will be responsible for the shipping costs both ways (to us and the initial shipping). Please ensure that the product is properly packaged to prevent damage during transit.
Certified Pre-Owned (CPO) and Open Box products are eligible for return within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in the same condition as received, with all original accessories and packaging.
A restocking fee of up to 15% may be deducted from the refund amount if the product has been used or activated. The restocking fee will be determined based on the usage, and the final decision will be solely at the discretion of the store.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs both ways unless the item is defective or not as described.
If a Certified Pre-Owned or Open Box product is defective within the return period, it can be exchanged for a replacement unit of the same model (subject to availability). If a replacement is unavailable, a store credit or refund will be offered.
For purchases made in-store, kindly visit our store with the product, original packaging, and proof of purchase to initiate the return or exchange process. Our store staff will assist you and guide you through the necessary steps for return or exchange.
If you made your purchase online or via phone, please contact our customer service team at 647-786-4344 to initiate the return or exchange process. You will receive instructions on how to return the item(s) via mail or through designated return centers.
Refunds will be issued using the original payment method once the returned item(s) have been inspected and processed. Please allow 2 to 4 days for the refund to reflect in your account.

If an order is canceled before shipment, a 3% transaction fee will be deducted from the total amount refunded.
If the product has already been shipped and the customer wishes to cancel, the customer must return the device at their own cost. A 3% transaction fee will still be deducted from the total amount refunded upon receipt of the returned item.
